Grove City Finance Department

The Department of Finance assures and enhances the fiscal integrity of the City through the Divisions of Fiscal Management, Fiscal Service and Tax Management.

• Fiscal Management focuses on treasury management, grant administration, debt administration, internal and external audits, reporting and risk management
• Fiscal Service focuses on purchasing and budgeting management, payroll management, accounts payable and accounts receivable management
• Tax Management focuses on income tax, hotel/motel tax administration, surveillance of income, personal property, hotel and license taxes

The City of Grove City enjoys an "Aa2" rating from Moody's Investors Services, prepares Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) and has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting each year for the last eighteen years.

The City is audited annually by the Office of the Auditor of State.
